Return Policy

Need to return some or all of your order? No worries! Here’s what you’ll need to know:

  • Safari Ltd will not accept claims under $5.00 USD.
  • Claim must be filed within 10 days of receiving your items from Safari Ltd. If Safari is not notified until after 10 business days have passed, we cannot guarantee that a refund, replacement or exchange can be issued.
  • Photos will be required of damaged or defective items in order to properly process a refund claim.
  • All sales of Hot Deals/Sale items are final and are not eligible for refunds or credits. 
  • Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for Safari Ltd to process your claim or issue an RMA. Once returned items are received by Safari Ltd, please allow 14 business days to process your refund.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs if the item(s) are returned for any reason other than a defective or incorrectly shipped products. Restocking fees (up to 20%) may apply.
  • Returns MUST include a valid RMA number issued by Safari Ltd. Returns without an RMA may be subjected to addition processing time, and a potential delay in crediting your refund to your account. A refund cannot be assured without a valid RMA number. 
  • Please inspect all items before opening to ensure they are not damaged or defective. Refunds are issued for returned items still in original, unopened packaging (poly bag or blister pack). Undamaged items removed from original packaging will be issued store credit.
