Not 100% Satisfied?

Are you not 100% satisfied? Need to return some or all of your Safari Ltd order? No problem! As a small, family-owned business, we care about each and every SafariFan. Please, give us the opportunity to make it right and find a solution that will leave you happy.

Here’s the info you’ll need to know:

  • *Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges on products at this time.
  • Return process must be started within 60 days of receiving your order.
  • Refund amount is equal to purchase price and does not include shipping and handling charges.
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless you are returning a defective or incorrectly shipped item.
  • Returns must have a valid RMA number issued by Safari Ltd to be eligible for a refund. You can obtain an RMA by clicking Make a Return at the bottom of this page. Returns without an RMA number may be subjected to additional processing time, and a potential delay in crediting your refund to your account. A refund cannot be assured without an RMA number.
  • As fun as it is to work at Safari Ltd, our Safarians still take the weekends off. Don’t worry, you can still request your return anytime online! Any requests received after 3 pm EST on Friday will be responded to as soon as we can the following Monday.
  • Please inspect all items before opening to ensure they are not damaged or defective. Refunds are issued for returned items still in original, unopened packaging. Undamaged items removed from original packaging will be issued store credit.
  • Items that are damaged or broken can be returned to Safari Ltd for store credit within 60 days of receiving the item. Store credit will be issued for purchase amount, not including shipping and handling charges.
  • For damaged or broken items, we may ask you to provide the "Batch Code". This helps us determine which items may be affected by the issue that caused the breakage, and will help us to improve going forward. This number is a 4 digit printed code usually found on the underside of our figures, around the belly, tail, or bottom of a foot. For TOOBS, this number is stamped on the package label, above the barcode.
  • If you are located outside the contiguous United States and received a damaged item, send us a photograph of the product and we will issue a credit for a future order.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for Safari Ltd to process your return.
  • Refunds are issued within 5 business days after Safari Ltd receives your returned items.
  • All sales of Final Sale/Hot Deals/Sale items are final and are not eligible for refunds or credits.
  • *Bundles marked as Final Sale are NOT eligible for returns. If not marked Final Sale, website bundles must be returned complete (no partial returns allowed).
